Chilean writer Juan Cristobal PeÒa Fletcher is the winner of Lorenzo Natali Prize 2005 granted by European Commission. This year the award will be dedicated to the theme of democracy’s development in South America with a particular view on Chile situation.He will speak about difficult transition from military dictatorship into democracy in Chile talking over Victor Jara, singer and poet, tortured and killed during 1973 putsch by Pinochet’s army.
The author will have a convention at "Auditorium di Strada Nuova" at 17:30.
At 21:00 ChiloË music band will perfom their new work : "Homenaje a una sonrisa".
